Tech Support Associate Job Summary

We are seeking a Tech Support Associate to join our team. In this role, you will provide timely and effective solutions to customers via phone, email, and chat.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues using technical knowledge and soft skills.
  • Engage in customer success and advocacy to build strong relationships.
  • Monitor and respond to all support requests, acting as a subject matter expert.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers through various channels.
  • Manage customer escalations according to SLAs and support agreements.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in B2B support or client management is essential.
  • Candidates must possess clear and concise communication skills, both oral and written, with a native English accent.
  • Excellent judgment skills are necessary to evaluate situations and provide immediate solutions.
  • Able to work shifts covering US timings, including night shifts.
  • A collaborative team player with effective prioritization, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Detailed-oriented with a passionate approach.
  • Technical proficiency, including understanding hardware and SaaS applications.
