Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Support Associate. As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and possess a strong problem-solving ability. Additionally, they should be proficient in using messaging platforms like WhatsApp for business communication and have basic knowledge of creating and managing quotations and invoices.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage customer interactions through WhatsApp, focusing on converting leads into customers.
  2. Cross-sell products such as on-site repair services, screen protectors, and phone covers.
  3. Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  4. Schedule repair services and pick-up/drop-off appointments with technicians.
  5. Update the Sales Pipeline Sheet to track customer progress and lead conversions.
Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with good multitasking abilities.
