Position Overview

The Assistant Founder Associate will act as the right hand to the Founder, providing high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support. This role requires a proactive individual who can anticipate needs, manage priorities, and execute tasks with discretion, efficiency, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Founder on daily operational matters.
  • Manage and prioritize the Founder's calendar, schedule meetings, and handle travel arrangements.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, proposals, and other strategic documents.
  • Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Oversee and track follow-ups on key projects and deliverables.
  • Support AI adoption initiatives by ensuring the Founder's workflows are AI-optimized for efficiency.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Identify areas where the Founder's time can be better optimized.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Founder's Associate, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in productivity tools (Google Workspace / Microsoft Office) and familiarity with AI tools.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
