Job Title: Lead Data Science Strategist

 

We are seeking a seasoned data science professional to lead our data strategy and drive business growth through data-driven insights. As a Lead Data Science Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing our data science roadmap, overseeing the entire data analysis lifecycle, and translating complex data insights into actionable business recommendations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leverage advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  2. Develop and implement a comprehensive data governance framework to ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions.
  4. Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in machine learning and data analysis techniques to drive innovation and improvement.

 

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a data science or machine learning role.
  • Proven experience leading and managing a team of data analysts and/or machine learning engineers.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical concepts.
  • Experience with programming languages like Python and SQL.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
