Data Science Visionary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Science Visionary to drive the development of cutting-edge AI systems while playing a key role in pre-sales, sales, and client engagement.
- Design, develop, and deploy data-driven AI solutions.
- Fine-tune and train large language models (LLMs) to create applied AI solutions tailored to business needs.
- Develop predictive models, statistical methods, and data science solutions for business applications.
- Apply computer vision techniques to solve domain-specific problems.
- Architect and implement backend systems using Python frameworks such as FastAPI and Flask.
Key Responsibilities:
AI/ML & Data Science Development- Ensure high-quality code by conducting code reviews for performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify AI/ML and Data Science use cases for clients.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including technical discovery calls, proposal writing, and solution demonstrations.
- Collaborate with business teams to align AI/ML solutions with client needs and showcase AI-driven business value.
- Define and drive the company's AI strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Build and expand the AI/ML team by identifying hiring needs, mentoring junior engineers, and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with front-end, back-end, DevOps, and cloud teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Deploy AI/ML models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
