UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-friendly digital products and interfaces that balance business goals with user needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct user research to understand target audiences and translate insights into design solutions.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for websites, web apps, and mobile apps.
  • Design modern, clean, and consistent UI layouts that follow brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth handoff and implementation of designs.
  • Continuously iterate designs based on user testing and feedback.
  • Stay updated on design trends, usability principles, and best practices in UI/UX.
  • Ensure all designs are responsive and optimized for multiple devices and screen sizes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer (agency or product-based experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, usability testing, and user-centered design.
  • Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage time and work independently in a remote setup.
  • Nice to Have:
    • Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
    • Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JS).
    • Experience with motion design and micro-interactions.
    • Prior work in branding and marketing design.
