Job Title:

A Visual Design Lead is needed to spearhead digital product design for a modern company.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive brand identity systems, including logos, icon sets, typography, and visual guidelines.
  • Ensure brand consistency across digital platforms and marketing assets.
  • Design creative collateral that aligns with product messaging and business objectives.
  • Design seamless, user-centric interfaces for both web and mobile platforms.
  • Translate complex user flows into clean, intuitive designs using Figma.
  • Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate user journeys and functionality.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketers to align design strategy with product goals.
  • Clearly communicate design decisions and receive feedback constructively.
  • Ensure smooth handoff of finalized assets with detailed specifications for development.

Advanced Motion Design & Micro-Interactions

  • Create subtle animations or micro-interactions to elevate the digital experience.
  • Contribute motion design elements to marketing or onboarding flows.
Requirements:
  • A skilled visual storyteller who can bring a brand to life across screens and platforms.
  • A natural eye for detail, consistency, and balance in design systems.
  • A versatile designer who thrives in a remote team setting and takes ownership of their creative direction.
  • Deep familiarity with modern design trends, UI best practices, and emerging digital patterns.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in a product design and/or brand identity role.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.
  • A strong portfolio that highlights end-to-end product design for web and mobile, logo systems, iconography, and visual brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities will include refining mobile UI layouts, updating brand assets, presenting new iconography, and brainstorming motion enhancements.
