IT Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Consultant to lead our full-cycle recruitment process for technology-based roles at Sanbrex Digital.

• This role requires strong relationships with business leaders and HR partners to provide strategic advice on filling job vacancies.
• The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the technology industry and be able to source and build a pipeline of quality candidates.
• We expect excellent relationship, communication, and advisory skills to provide value-added consultative service.
• Responsibilities include presenting high-quality candidates that meet expectations and effectively managing the Applicant Tracking System.

Must-have:

• Strong full life-cycle Technical recruitment experience, including the technology industry and a personal network of quality developers.
• Experience recruiting for Agile environments, such as DSDM, Scrum, XP, and Architects.
• Roles involving Digital (iOS and Android), Javascript Developers, Web Programming, Cloud, Big Data, Internet of Things, Mobile, Security, and Applied Innovation.
• Proven creativity and proactive mindset to source and build pipelines to locate quality candidates.
• Excellent relationship, communication, and advisory skills to provide value-added consultative service.
