Effective Digital Communication Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative professional to lead our social media strategy and manage the online presence of our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of digital platforms, social media trends, and content strategy tailored to a global audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Plan and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent publishing across multiple platforms.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices, integrating new features and approaches to keep the brand relevant.
  • Curate and schedule high-quality content (text, images, videos) tailored for each platform.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop creative campaigns and support broader marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure all content is error-free, visually appealing, and consistent with the brand's voice and guidelines.
  • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions; respond promptly and professionally.
  • Engage with followers, encourage user-generated content, and support online conversations to grow and retain the audience.
  • Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics using analytics tools.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience managing social media for international clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of global digital culture and international audience behavior.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines under pressure.
