Job Description

Provide Mental Health Counseling Services:

  • Individual, family, couples, or group therapy sessions based on client needs
  • Evidence-based interventions during therapy sessions
  • Ongoing training, consultation, and supervision to improve delivery of evidence-based treatments
  • Personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain up-to-date client records within 48 hours of each session
  • Respond to client crises following company safety protocols and consulting with a clinical supervisor
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
  • Support staff in their professional growth and development
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Doctorate of Psychology, or a related field
  • Actively licensed or eligible for/working towards clinical licensure in Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist)
  • Pre-licensed applicants must have completed a Master's degree or be within three months of completing a degree at the time of the interview
