Highly Skilled Software Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Software Test Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our software development lifecycle, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.
- This role involves designing and executing comprehensive test plans to validate software functionality and identify defects.
- You will develop and maintain detailed test cases, scripts, and environments for automated testing purposes.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to prioritize testing needs and ensure seamless integration.
- Your expertise will be utilized to communicate test results and recommendations to stakeholders, driving improvements and enhancements.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing is required.
- Proficiency in automated testing tools such as WinRunner, LoadRunner, and Test Management is expected.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and quality models (ISO, CMMI) is necessary.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with leasing applications would be beneficial.
- Foreign passport holders may be given preference.
