Software Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance Engineer to contribute to the success of our organization.

This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of software development methodologies and testing principles, as well as experience in manual and automated testing.

About the Role:

In this position, you will be responsible for creating test plans, maintaining documentation, and performing testing on multiple devices, platforms, and browsers.

You will also plan and execute verification of features broken down into components for weekly releases, take full ownership of all QA artifacts, and identify, analyze, and document defects, questionable functions, errors, and inconsistencies in web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create test plans and maintain documentation
  • Perform testing on multiple devices, platforms, and browsers
  • Plan and execute verification of features
  • Take ownership of all QA artifacts
  • Identify, analyze, and document defects
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in Software Testing
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, SCRUM, and Agile Testing Life Cycles
  • Ability to take ownership of all manual testing tasks
  • Experience in both manual testing and automation
  • Ability to understand Software Design Specifications
  • Basic knowledge of Rest API
  • UI Automation will be a plus
