
Lead Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned business professional to spearhead our expansion into the Pakistan market.
The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales execution.
This high-impact role requires a results-driven individual with expertise in B2B sales, preferably in fintech or payments.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities to expand our portfolio in Pakistan.
- Develop strategies to drive new business growth in key market segments.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, contract negotiation, onboarding & retention.
- Foster strong relationships with SMEs, enterprises, eCommerce merchants, and financial institutions.
- Leverage industry insights to sell cross-border payment solutions and commercial card services.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor landscape, and customer pain points.
- Collaborate with the compliance team to conduct KYC and due diligence processes on customers.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in Sales / Business Development, preferably in fintech, payments, FX, or banking.
- Strong understanding of cross-border payments, treasury management, and commercial cards.
- Experience in pitching and closing deals with B2B, small, medium, and enterprise clients.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
