Job Description

As an experienced Sales and Growth Manager, you will play a vital role in our sales and growth efforts by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to acquire new clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing market insights and competitor analysis to senior management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify new business opportunities, including emerging markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.
  • Establish relationships with key contacts within organizations.
  • Generate leads and conduct cold calls to prospective customers.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers and clients through face-to-face meetings or phone calls.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Develop strategic plans to meet customer needs and improve business operations.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of the digital marketing industry and its products or services.
  • Train team members and arrange external training sessions as needed.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to discuss promotional strategies and activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business operations and efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for communicating with diverse stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Detailed knowledge of the Digital Marketing Industry.
  • Able to close deals over the phone and meet monthly targets.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Fluent English communication skills (US/UK accent preferred).
  • Previous call center experience is an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree required; background in Computer Science is advantageous.
  • Able to motivate yourself and set goals.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
