Import Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Import Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As an Import Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the import process, coordinating with international vendors, and ensuring compliance with customs, legal, and regulatory requirements.

About the Role:

  • Coordinate with international vendors to manage the import process
  • Oversee the shipment process, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of import-related data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize import processes
  • Ensure clear communication with customers throughout the entire import process

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience can be considered in place of formal qualifications
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in import and logistics
  • Basic knowledge of customs clearance procedures and regulatory compliance
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with import documentation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with international vendors and suppliers is a plus
