Job Description:

This role involves leading cutting-edge AI and machine learning initiatives that redefine how our organization leverages technology to stay ahead in a fast-evolving industry. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of shaping and scaling AI-driven solutions that power innovation, optimize content creation, distribution, and user engagement, all while driving business value and operational efficiency.

The key responsibilities include defining and evolving the long-term AI/ML architecture roadmap, conducting thorough technology evaluations and vendor assessments, developing and implementing best practices, guidelines, and standards for AI/ML development and deployment across the organization, collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear and actionable AI/ML strategies, driving innovation by exploring and evaluating emerging AI/ML technologies and their potential applications within the media and entertainment domain, designing, building, and maintaining a robust and scalable AI/ML platform that supports the entire lifecycle of AI/ML model development, ensuring the security, reliability, and performance of the AI/ML infrastructure, optimizing resource utilization and cost-effectiveness of the AI/ML platform through efficient resource allocation and infrastructure management, overseeing the development and deployment of high-quality and impactful AI/ML models across various domains, ensuring the quality, accuracy, and fairness of AI/ML models through rigorous testing, validation, and monitoring, developing and implementing MLOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and model monitoring, to streamline the model development and deployment process, leading and mentoring a high-performing team of AI/ML engineers and architects, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages experimentation, learning, and growth, recruiting, hiring, and onboarding top talent in the field of AI/ML, providing guidance and support to team members on technical challenges and career development, tracking team performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing necessary changes to enhance team effectiveness, and ensuring all AI/ML initiatives adhere to regulatory requirements, ethical guidelines, and company policies.
