Key Performance Indicator Analyst Role

This role primarily focuses on data compilation (70%) and analysis (30%). The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel & Power BI, while also being comfortable working with people and adapting to AI-driven workflows.

About the Role

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Collecting, compiling, and organizing data from multiple sources.
  • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to fetch data.
  • Analyzing and visualizing data using Excel and Power BI to provide actionable insights.
  • Building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and models.
  • Supporting and adapting to AI-based tools for data compiling and analysis in the future.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in engaging with stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts, and preferably macros).
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI (building dashboards, reports, and data models).
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to adopt AI-driven processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
