Job Title: Academic Accreditation Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Academic Accreditation Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that Self-Assessment Reports (SARs) are prepared by academic programs and relevant departments in accordance with Higher Education Commission (HEC) requirements and guidelines.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Quality Enhancement Cell in ensuring SARs are prepared according to HEC requirements and guidelines.
  • Develop and contribute to the University Portfolio Report (UPR) for the institution.
  • Coordinate audit visits by HEC, Quality Assurance Agency (QAA), and other accreditation bodies.
  • Support academic programs as needed for accreditation processes.
  • Help the university meet programmatic and institutional accreditation standards at both national and international levels, including preparation, reporting, and compliance for accreditation (regional and international).
  • Prepare reports and documentation for accreditation applications, including collecting and compiling necessary information.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders involved in university accreditation activities.
