Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Project Management and Product Ownership">
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for software development initiatives">
  • Translate product requirements into actionable tasks and sprint plans">
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create wireframes and workflows">
  • Identify risks and issues early, and drive solutions proactively">
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals">
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders">

Technical Delivery:

  • Guide architectural decisions for scalable software systems">
  • Coordinate with AI/ML engineers on data pipelines and model integration">
  • Review technical documentation and system designs">
  • Ensure robust DevOps practices including CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code">

AI-Specific Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate AI/ML use cases, including generative AI and classification models">
  • Drive implementation of LLM-powered agents and recommendation systems">
  • Collaborate on data strategy—ensuring data quality and labeling workflows">
  • Understand AI limitations and advocate for responsible use">

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of full-stack architecture and cloud-native systems">
  • Familiarity with AI/ML tools and frameworks: OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch">
  • Working knowledge of API integrations, data pipelines, prompt engineering, and model deployment">
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD">
  • Strong command of Jira, Confluence, Git, Docker, CI/CD tools">

Qualifications:

  • 3–4 years of experience in technical project or product management">
  • Experience in software design and UI/UX collaboration">
  • Exposure to AI/ML concepts and implementation in real-world projects">
