Job Title: Software Engineering Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced software engineer to lead our development team and drive the success of our custom software solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development principles, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to mentor junior developers.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain scalable software applications using best practices.
  • Lead the development team to ensure effective collaboration and code review.
  • Work with product managers and designers to define project requirements.
  • Solve complex application issues and improve performance by following security best practices.
  • Create and manage RESTful APIs and integrate external services.
Requirements:
  • 05 years of experience in software development, especially with Laravel.
  • Strong understanding of MVC architecture and RESTful APIs.
  • Deep knowledge of Laravel advanced features (Queues, Cron jobs, Events, Service Providers etc).
  • Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL and optimizing SQL queries.
  • Good understanding of Git for version control.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Leadership skills to guide and mentor junior developers.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Nice to Have:
  • Ability to design scalable solutions for future needs.
  • Advance knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud services (AWS etc).
  • Experience working in agile teams and using tools like JIRA or Trello.
  • Knowledge of application security and how to address common issues.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and stay updated on industry trends.
