
Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Coordinator to play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking various day-to-day tasks, including administrative duties, coordination with employees and clients, and maintaining accurate records.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong attention to detail. Experience in handling payroll, attendance, and client billing is essential. Additionally, the ability to make cold calls and manage customer relationships is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain efficient office workflows to maximize productivity
- Organize and maintain accurate filing systems and records
- Support other teams with administrative tasks, such as redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, and scheduling meetings
- Ensure timely payment processing and collection from clients
- Greet and assist visitors, monitor office expenditures, and handle contracts
- Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system
Job Specifications:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role
