Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a designated territory to ensure effective distribution operations and achieve sales targets. This role requires strong business acumen, effective communication skills, and the ability to strategize and execute effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Drive business growth by achieving desired volume/sales growth.
  2. Enhance competitive visibility in-store through strategic planning and execution.
  3. Negotiate joint business plans with customers to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  4. Plan and manage eRTM efficiently to optimize routes for DSRs.
  5. Support digital transformation strategy for the territory to stay ahead of the competition.
  6. Demonstrate financial acumen to focus on business profitability and gross margin.
  7. Lead and develop an extended team to build talent and drive results.
  8. Analyze post-execution processes to identify areas for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Strong business and financial acumen.
  2. Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
  4. Active market presence and feet-on-the-street experience.
  5. Ability to strategize and execute effectively.
  6. Stay updated on competition insights to make informed decisions.
