Job Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a designated territory to ensure effective distribution operations and achieve sales targets. This role requires strong business acumen, effective communication skills, and the ability to strategize and execute effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by achieving desired volume/sales growth.
- Enhance competitive visibility in-store through strategic planning and execution.
- Negotiate joint business plans with customers to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Plan and manage eRTM efficiently to optimize routes for DSRs.
- Support digital transformation strategy for the territory to stay ahead of the competition.
- Demonstrate financial acumen to focus on business profitability and gross margin.
- Lead and develop an extended team to build talent and drive results.
- Analyze post-execution processes to identify areas for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
- Active market presence and feet-on-the-street experience.
- Ability to strategize and execute effectively.
- Stay updated on competition insights to make informed decisions.
