  • This is a full-time on-site role as an Account Executive. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and developing sales strategies.
  • You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.

Sales Strategy Execution:

This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. As an Account Executive, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Product Expertise:

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to continuously enhance our offerings and meet evolving client needs.

Compensation and Benefits:

A competitive salary and commission structure, medical allowance, annual paid leaves, punctuality allowance, traveling allowance, and pick & drop facility are offered.

Job Specification:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales and Business Development skills
  • US or UK Accent is preferable
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in B2B sales or account management is a plus
