
Sales Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
">- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth by setting goals, tracking performance, and fostering motivation through regular customer visits, target discussions, and utilization of sales tools.
- Meet or exceed agreed-upon key performance indicators (KPIs) for personal performance on a monthly basis.
- Maintain vigilance over credit exposure and collaborate with the team to ensure days sales outstanding (DSO) aligns with management directives.
- Monitor profitability at the customer level and continuously seek opportunities to enhance it through effective use of price adjustments and direct negotiations with customers.
- Compile customer data through mapping exercises and share insights with the team to maximize business opportunities.
- Proactively identify new customers to augment or replace existing customers with more promising prospects.
- Deliver comprehensive account management services to assigned customers and acquired accounts.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure timely delivery and prevent quality-quantity complaints.
