Product Manager for Digital Downloads

As a seasoned digital product manager, you will lead the development and delivery of our online storefront operations on Etsy. With expertise in search engine optimization (SEO), keyword research, and digital product delivery, you will be responsible for creating and managing listings for downloadable products such as planners, templates, and worksheets.

Your goal will be to ensure these listings are fully optimized for Etsy's algorithm and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Upload and Manage Listings: You will be responsible for uploading and managing digital download listings on Etsy, ensuring they meet the platform's requirements.
  • Keyword Research and Optimization: Conduct thorough keyword research and implement Etsy SEO best practices to improve listing visibility and engagement.
  • Compelling Product Titles and Descriptions: Write engaging, search-optimized product titles, descriptions, and tags that accurately represent your digital products.
  • Seamless File Delivery: Ensure smooth file delivery and troubleshoot customer access issues to maintain a positive user experience.
  • Product Visuals: Design or coordinate product visuals using Canva or Adobe tools to make your digital products stand out.
  • Analytics and Performance Tracking: Monitor shop analytics to identify areas for improvement and adjust listings accordingly.
  • Staying Current with Etsy Updates: Stay up-to-date with Etsy's algorithm updates, SEO trends, and marketplace policies to ensure optimal performance.
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to maintain a positive reputation.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience managing an Etsy shop with digital products is essential.
  • SEO Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Etsy SEO, keyword tools, and listing optimization is required.
  • Digital File Formats: Familiarity with digital file formats and delivery automation is necessary.
