Job Overview

This is a senior leadership role within our organization, responsible for leading a team of content analysts to execute and improve content moderation and review processes.

The role involves conducting quality reviews, maintaining and developing training programs, and implementing process improvements by collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct quality reviews of content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain and develop training programs for content analysts to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Implement process improvements through collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Create reports on performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Deliver performance feedback to team members to support their growth and development.
  • Address inquiries from internal stakeholders promptly to ensure seamless communication and resolution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field with 4-6 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong experience in content moderation and review, preferably in a user-generated content management setting.
  • Experience managing a team, including goal setting, coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Familiarity with content moderation technology.
  • Proven experience in process definition, documentation, training, and process improvement.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A result-oriented individual with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site leadership position located in Lahore, operating Monday through Friday from 2-10 PM.
