Job Title: Training Program Coordinator

The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and execute strategic plans for student outreach and engagement.

In collaboration with the campus administration, the incumbent will design and implement various activities aimed at fostering relationships between students, parents, and industry partners.

This includes organizing industry visits, hotel and tourism expos, student workshops, and parents' sessions. The incumbent will also be responsible for creating a comprehensive digital communication plan for prospective students, leveraging social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat to engage with them.

The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and excellent interpersonal skills. They will also have experience in supervising educational programs and teams, as well as developing and implementing administrative policies within a higher education institution.
