About the Role:

As an Implementation Consultant, you will build customer relationships and deliver value during the first phase of the customer's journey with a leading technology provider. Your role involves effectively onboarding new customers by implementing cutting-edge solutions, ensuring timely adoption, and educating them on product features and AI capabilities.

A customer-centric focus is necessary to preserve long-term satisfaction. This position requires someone highly organized, with excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers during their implementation phase, focusing on major clients.
  • Guide new customers through initial setup and system training to ensure successful onboarding and timely activation.
  • Demonstrate exceptional collaboration with cross-functional teams, including support, engineering, sales, and product management, to resolve complex issues and enhance customer experience.
  • Manage a high volume of conversations and inquiries.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to build loyalty.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of prior experience in a customer-facing role (sales or support) Demonstrate proficiency in data analysis and engagement planning.
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of customer success and organizational goals.
  • Effective listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with presentation abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail and professionalism.
  • Documenting, data analysis, reporting, SQL, and Salesforce experiences are assets.
  • Familiarity with fintech and spend management technology is beneficial.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships and partnerships.
  • Capacity to create presentations, project plans, and monitor progress.
  • Strong business acumen, including project management, account management, problem-solving, business planning, and analytical skills.
  • Receptiveness to feedback, willingness to learn, and embracing continuous improvement.
