Job Title: Financial Services Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Financial Services Officer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Receivable Management: Oversee the entire accounts receivable cycle, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting principles and company policies.
  • Credit Assessment: Conduct regular credit assessments and collaborate with sales and customer service teams to establish appropriate credit limits and terms.
  • Payment Processing: Manage payment processing, invoicing, and collections to maximize cash flow and minimize bad debt.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation of all accounts receivable transactions, utilizing a systematic filing system.
  • Reporting: Prepare periodic financial reports, including aging reports, sales analysis, return, and payment reports, to support decision-making processes.
  • Audit Support: Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations related to accounts receivable.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in finance, preferably in accounts receivable or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and systems.
  • Certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA are a plus.
