
Revenue Growth Specialist

This role involves driving monetization growth across various revenue streams and managing loyalty program funding from partners. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize commission structures, scale advertising revenue, and align loyalty initiatives with monetization goals.
- KPI Ownership: Own and manage all commission and non-commission revenue streams, including commission rate %, vendor advertising, service fees, and more.
- Commission Revenue Optimization: Analyze and manage commission structures to maximize revenue while ensuring competitiveness and maintaining strong vendor relationships.
- Non-Commission Revenue Growth: Lead the development and execution of non-commission revenue projects, particularly Vendor Advertising. Collaborate with AM Leadership in each market to make advertising a scalable, consistent revenue stream for Shops.
- Loyalty Program Funding by Partners: Work with the Subscription and Loyalty team to co-develop a sustainable subscription growth strategy that aligns with our overall monetization goals. Integrate loyalty initiatives with broader revenue strategies to enhance user retention and partner engagement.
- Regional Partnerships with Key Partners: Provide data-driven insights to strengthen negotiation efforts with key partners.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics tools to track key metrics such as revenue per user, ad performance (e.g., cost-per-click, click-through rates, conversion) and ROAS/ROI. Generate insights and reports to inform data-driven decisions.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with regional and global stakeholders to manage growth expectations and the P&L impact created by non-commission revenue.
- Support: Support local teams by conducting relevant training and troubleshooting issues related to adtech and advertising campaign execution.
- 4+ years of experience in commercial, revenue management, or ad operations roles, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environments.
- Excellent project management skills with proven experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess revenue performance, identify trends, and optimize for better results.
- Strategic thinking ability with demonstrated skill in identifying opportunities for business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with regional internal & external stakeholders across APAC, EU, and Turkey.
Desirable Skills:
- Intermediate or advanced skills in SQL, Big Query, and Looker. Familiarity with ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads). Experience with A/B testing and P&L modeling.
- Strong interest in ecommerce platforms, advertising tools, and consumer behavior in the online retail sector.
