Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead the development of systems enabling AI research teams to deliver secure, scalable, distributed services.

The engineer will leverage technology such as Kubeflow, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, Python to build inference systems, infrastructure, and training pipelines.

The engineer will provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Deliverables and Expectations
  • Develop reusable software components and infrastructure to support feature development at scale.
  • Become an expert in distributed systems and deployment pipelines.
  • Create automated testing and validation frameworks.
  • Enhance system performance and reliability.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in building and maintaining complex systems.

The role requires strong leadership and communication skills to guide junior engineers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the direction of the team and prioritizing initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Expertise in building and deploying scalable, distributed systems.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning concepts.
  • Experience with Kubeflow, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, Python.
  • Ability to coach and mentor junior engineers.

Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Familiarity with industry best practices and ability to apply them to solve complex problems.

Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.

Able to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
