
Facility Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily inspections to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist the facilities team with daily operational and administrative tasks.
- Perform outdoor errands such as bank transactions, market purchases, and courier services.
- Maintain cleanliness in shared spaces, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Manage petty cash and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Carry out general repairs and maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning and maintenance supplies as needed.
- Conduct inventory inspections and reorder supplies in a timely manner.
- Prior experience in facilities support or administration.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, painting).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle petty cash and maintain accurate records.
- Reliable and able to perform outdoor tasks as required.
