Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administration skills, excellent leadership abilities, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a security program, including training for all security guards.
  2. Supervise security personnel, ensuring they adhere to company policies.
  3. Manage attendance and punctuality systems, addressing any discrepancies.
  4. Coordinate maintenance of facilities, resolving issues promptly.
  5. Act as liaison for new building or floor construction projects, arranging vendors and overseeing civil works.
  6. Administer staff benefits, including EOB and social security, dealing directly with government departments.
Requirements

A retired Lt. Col from the Army is mandatory. The successful candidate must possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a positive attitude.
