Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing client companies through targeted outreach via calls and online communication mediums, highlighting our company's open roles and unique selling propositions.
  • Craft compelling candidate profiles tailored to meet the specific needs and requirements of client companies, ensuring seamless match-making between talent and opportunity.
  • Guide candidates through the recruitment process, equipping them with the necessary skills and expertise to successfully navigate employer assessments and secure job offers.
  • Nurture long-term relationships with client companies by providing exceptional service, proactive communication, and tailored solutions that address their evolving recruitment needs.
  • Serve as a liaison between candidates and employers, facilitating agreements and building influential relationships that drive mutual success.
Requirements:
  • A Master's Degree or equivalent with 1-3 years of relevant experience in human resources, digital marketing, or a related field. A degree in Human Resources is preferred, while prior experience in Digital Marketing is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Docs, with the ability to leverage technology to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English required for effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • The capacity to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results.
