We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Leader to lead and oversee the recruitment process for top-tier talent across various departments. This role requires a strategic thinker who can build relationships with both internal teams and potential candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for a variety of positions across the organization.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels to attract diverse candidates.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and provide feedback to hiring managers on suitability.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment and international recruitment.
  3. Proven track record of successfully filling a variety of roles, including senior and specialized positions.
  4. Strong understanding of recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
