Job Description

This role is part of the regulatory projects team, responsible for delivering projects assigned by senior management while ensuring compliance with cyber security regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of cyber security frameworks and legal perspectives, as well as technical knowledge and strong relationships with relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as an advisor to line manager with comprehensive knowledge of cyber security regulatory and legal frameworks in the telecom sector.
  • Advise on formulating upcoming cyber security policies in support of the organization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to respond to queries from government agencies and ensure compliance.
  • Support internal teams by coordinating with external stakeholders for project delivery.
  • Deliver regulatory projects assigned by the line manager.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders in government for smooth project execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Engineering, preferably Telecom/Software Engineering or equivalent, with 3-10 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of Cyber Security frameworks/legislation.
  • Experience in Fintech cybersecurity is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop diverse teams.
  • Participation in extracurricular activities demonstrating teamwork and collaboration.
