AI Solutions Consultant

About this Role

We are seeking a skilled AI Solutions Consultant to join our team. As an AI Solutions Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering enterprise-grade AI automations tailored to address customers' unique business challenges.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive the entire lifecycle of AI Automation deployment—from understanding customer requirements, through solution design, to hands-on implementation using our no-code Agent OS.
  2. Design agentic automations and engineer prompts that are scalable, efficient, and seamlessly integrate into customer workflows, ensuring a smooth user experience.
  3. Stay at the cutting edge of AI, using the latest Generative AI models to solve critical business problems and drive new features that impact the future of our AI platform.
  4. Engage directly with customers across technical and executive teams, helping them discover automation opportunities and building AI solutions that enhance their operations.
  5. Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and solutions teams to scope, define, and implement new features that tackle innovation gaps and enhance the customer experience.
  6. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide expert guidance to customers and internal teams throughout the implementation process.
  7. Act as a strategic technical partner, advising customers on best practices, identifying opportunities for deeper AI integration, and driving the adoption of solutions that align with their long-term goals.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) preferred.
  2. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in roles at the intersection of business and tech such as Solution Engineering, IT Consulting, or similar, with a focus on customer-facing technical support or solution design.
  3. Experience using no-code tools such as Zapier, Make, Relevance AI, Lindy, Airtable, Flutter or similar.
  4. Experience engaging with enterprise-level customers, from gathering requirements to delivering tailored solutions.
  5. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges in collaboration with both internal and external teams.
  6. Solid understanding of APIs and integrating multiple systems.
  7. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse stakeholders.
  8. Passion for innovation and staying ahead of trends in AI technologies and customer engagement strategies.
  9. Strong understanding of AI, machine learning concepts, and their practical applications in business processes.
