Implementation Expert

We are seeking an Implementation Expert to join our team. As a key member, you will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful deployment of our product/application.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Review client specifications and provide recommendations as needed.
  • Foster relationships with clients through discussion facilitation or project delivery support.
  • Work with the development team on prioritization and clarity of customization requests.
  • E nsure timely task completion and effective business intelligence troubleshooting.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage defect logs.
  • Troubleshoot implementation phase issues and QA test final system setups.
  • Deliver training and end-user support during and after implementation.
  • Validate project scope with assigned project managers.
  • Support post-production activities and special projects related to customization, development, enhancements, reporting, etc.
Required Experience:
  • At least 1+ years of experience working with international customers.
  • A deep understanding of implementation roadmaps and SaaS-based product implementation.
  • Hands-on experience in building UAT test cases and performing functional QA.
  • The ability to draft/understand technical documents like Functional Requirements Specification and Statement of Work.
