Senior AI Strategist

iCareManager seeks a seasoned Senior AI Strategist to spearhead the development and execution of an enterprise-wide AI strategy, focusing on documentation automation, predictive analytics, intelligent agents, and system optimization.

  • Develop and implement an aligned AI strategy across the organization.
  • Identify and prioritize use cases for AI integration across Engineering, Product, and Implementation teams.
  • Lead the design and deployment of AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), agentic frameworks, and AI coding assistants.

The ideal candidate will foster a culture of innovation, safe experimentation, and responsible AI adoption. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence across departments.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in applied AI, Machine Learning (ML), or Natural Language Processing (NLP) with at least 2 years leading AI-focused initiatives or teams.
  • Hands-on experience with modern AI technologies, including LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic frameworks.
  • Proficient in Python and cloud-based AI platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

A strong track record of turning AI/ML concepts into deployed, usable features in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) or production systems is preferred.
