to elevate our global visibility, drive strategic growth campaigns, and position Addo as a trusted leader in the AI space.

About the Role

As the
Marketing & Brand Lead
, you will take full ownership of Addo AI's marketing strategy, brand positioning, and global visibility. You will work directly with senior leadership to develop compelling narratives, execute high-impact campaigns, and generate qualified leads across target markets. This is a key strategic role for someone with strong creative instincts, digital expertise, and a passion for storytelling in the tech space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and lead
    Addo AI's global marketing and branding efforts
  • Develop and execute
    B2B marketing campaigns
    across digital channels (website, LinkedIn, email, paid media, events)
  • Shape and evolve the
    brand voice, tone, and visual identity
    across all touchpoints
  • Drive
    thought leadership and content strategy
    (blogs, LinkedIn posts, whitepapers, newsletters) in collaboration with leadership
  • Launch and manage
    lead generation campaigns
    , track funnel performance, and report on marketing ROI
  • Collaborate with sales and partnerships teams to align messaging and support GTM efforts in KSA, ASEAN, and the US
  • Build and maintain a strong
    digital presence
    (website, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and optimize for performance
  • Manage vendor relationships (designers, copywriters, event partners) and marketing budgets
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine positioning and content themes

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B, tech, or consulting environment
  • Strong command of
    digital marketing tools
    (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Analytics, SEO basics, HubSpot/Mailchimp)
  • Exceptional
    storytelling, copywriting, and visual communication
    skills
  • Solid understanding of
    brand building, campaign planning
    , and creative execution
  • Experience managing external vendors, freelancers, or small teams
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities with tight deadlines
