Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve monthly and annual targets. This involves monitoring sales performance, developing key customer relationships, and implementing effective marketing campaigns.

Sales Development:

  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers
  • Implement marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive sales

Service:

  • Ensure excellent customer service at petroleum sites
  • Work closely with site line managers to develop and retain best customer services
  • Respond promptly to customer complaints and feedback

New Developments and Expansions:

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Explore new sales channels and locations
  • Monitor competitors' activities and stay ahead of the market

Customer Marketing:

  • Plan, organize, and implement promotional and trade marketing initiatives
  • Contribute to brand development through marketing plans and trade activities
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively

Fleet Management:

  • Plan and manage fuel inventory at all sites
  • Maintain accurate records of fuel consumption and supply van maintenance
  • Monitor supply van redistribution costs and optimize operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
  • Implement effective marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility
  • Ensure excellent customer service at petroleum sites

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, or sales)
  • Strong sales and marketing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools

Working Environment

This role requires frequent travel to petroleum sites and meetings with customers and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
