Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a seasoned sales development manager to drive business growth through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service.

Sales Strategy:

  • Main Objectives: Drive sales performance across markets, achieve monthly and annual business targets
  • Customer Engagement: Develop key account relationships, maintain strong business partnerships
  • Mission Visits: Conduct on-site visits, execute marketing campaigns, monitor customer satisfaction
  • Retention Efforts: Plan customer retention initiatives in line with company policies

Customer Service:

  • Service Delivery: Ensure exceptional customer service at petroleum sites by monitoring site staff execution
  • Collaboration: Work with site managers to develop best-in-class customer services
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints via helpline desks, meet customers to resolve concerns

New Business and Expansions:

  • Market Development: Identify new customers in agricultural, agencies, industries, small filling stations, companies
  • New Sales Channels: Explore opportunities for new sales channels, gather competitor insights
  • Competitor Intelligence: Monitor competitors' activities, gather relevant market information

Customer Marketing:

  • Promotional Initiatives: Plan, organize, implement promotional and trade marketing activities
  • Brand Development: Contribute to brand growth through marketing plans, trade activities
  • Customer Complaints: Handle customer complaints, take necessary actions

Supply Chain Management:

  • Purchase Planning: Coordinate purchases with sites based on projected requirements, commercial plans
  • Fuel Inventory: Maintain fuel inventory levels at sites as per business needs

Fleet Management:

  • Route Planning: Plan routes, itineraries for supply vans
  • Maintenance Tracking: Monitor fuel consumption, supply van maintenance records
  • Cost Control: Track supply van redistribution costs, perform regular back checks
