Job Description

The role of Social Media Manager involves spearheading the company's social media marketing and advertising efforts.

  • Develop strategic plans to boost brand awareness and online reputation.
  • Conceive engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Manage, create, publish, and promote high-quality content across various platforms.
  • Optimize social media platforms for search engines and drive inbound traffic through targeted campaigns.
  • Cultivate leads and sales through effective engagement strategies.

This role entails managing social media campaigns, creating and managing content, monitoring user interactions, and conducting online advocacy and cross-promotions.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Strong understanding of traditional marketing principles and creativity in leveraging social media.
  • Proficiency in content marketing theory and application, with experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
  • Able to balance creative and analytical aspects of marketing, with excellent writing and language skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their strategic deployment, with strong relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement brand development strategies.
  • Identify target customers and establish clear objectives to address key business issues.
  • Design and execute visual design and web development strategies, as well as engagement strategies including audience growth, profiling, content reach, and response management.

Essential duties include managing social media campaigns and daily activities, creating and managing content, monitoring and responding to users, conducting online advocacy and cross-promotions, developing community and influencer outreach, overseeing design elements for social media profiles and campaigns, designing and managing promotions and social ad campaigns, building and monitoring online reviews and reputation, analyzing key metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly.
