Marketing & Lead Generation Role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing & Lead Generation professional to join our team on-site in Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience and possess strong written English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to reach US-based startups and mid-sized companies
  • Generate high-quality leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, email sequences, and marketing automation
  • Create and manage outreach content (emails, newsletters, LinkedIn messages) that resonates with target audiences
  • Manage CRM systems and track lead conversions to optimize marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with management to ensure seamless client onboarding and communication
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance and new opportunities to drive business growth
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in email marketing, digital outreach, or B2B lead generation
  • Excellent written English communication skills
  • Familiarity with marketing tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet goals
  • Comfortable working in the US time zone (evening shift 5 PM – 1 AM Pakistan time)
  • Willingness to work on-site in Rawalpindi
