We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Administrator to support our expanding business. You will be working in a busy accounts department, responsible for assisting the Credit Control function by undertaking query resolution, debt chasing, answering emails and the telephone.

Responsibilities
  1. Deal with daily correspondence received by post and email efficiently
  2. Process invoices with correct purchase order numbers within agreed timeframes
  3. Maintain confidentiality at all times and use discretion where necessary
  4. Ensure invoices are produced to meet client requirements with relevant information
  5. Make and receive phone calls
  6. Provide cover for the department when required
  7. Perform general ad-hoc duties
  8. Issue statements and reminder letters in accordance with company credit control procedure
  9. Collect debt within agreed payment terms
  10. Log details of queries on system for disputed invoices
  11. Liaise with relevant department to resolve queries
Requirements
  1. Confident telephone manner
  2. Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  3. Good time management skills
  4. Develop good business relationships with clients
  5. Enthusiasm and resilience
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Solid IT skills and be technology savvy
  8. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  9. Ability to work under own initiative
  10. Maintain confidentiality and integrity at all times
