Job Description

This role involves managing the procurement process from contract preparation to purchasing, negotiation of terms with internal and external partners, reviewing and updating existing contracts, explaining contract terms to managers and stakeholders, analyzing potential risks, staying up-to-date with legislative changes, coordinating with the legal department as needed, and ensuring all deadlines and conditions are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and Purchase Contracts
  • Negotiate Contract Terms with Internal and External Business Partners
  • Review and Update Existing Contracts and Technical Documents
  • Explain Terms and Conditions to Managers and Interested Parties
  • Analyze Potential Risks Involved with Specific Contract Terms
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Legislative Changes and Coordinate with the Legal Department as Needed
  • Ensure All Deadlines and Conditions Described on Contracts are Met (e.g., Payments and Shipping)
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a Similar Field
  • Preferably 6 to 7 Years of Relevant Corporate Experience
  • Knowledge of Legal Requirements Involved with Contracts
  • Familiarity with Accounting Procedures
  • Strong Organizational Skills with a Keen Eye for Detail
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to Manage Multiple Tasks and Prioritize Effectively in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • Experience in Creating and Maintaining Process Documentation
  • Strong Problem-Solving Abilities
  • Keen Attention to Detail
