Contract Administration Role

In this critical role, you will oversee the management of contracts from initiation to completion. Your primary responsibilities include contract preparation, negotiation, review, and administration.

Key Duties:
  • Contract Preparation: Develop and purchase contracts, adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
  • Negotiation: Collaborate with internal and external partners to secure favorable contract terms.
  • Contract Review and Update: Review and refine existing contracts to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Explain complex contract terms to managers and interested parties.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a Similar Field
  • Preferably 6 to 7 Years of Relevant Corporate Experience
  • Knowledge of Legal Requirements Involved with Contracts
  • Familiarity with Accounting Procedures
  • Strong Organizational Skills with a Keen Eye for Detail
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
