Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a contract administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire contracting process, from contract preparation to negotiation and administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and Purchase Contracts: Develop and negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Negotiate Contract Terms: Collaborate with internal and external partners to secure favorable contract terms.
  • Review and Update Existing Contracts: Analyze and refine existing contracts to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Communicate with Stakeholders: Explain complex contract terms to managers and interested parties, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a Similar Field
  • Preferably 6 to 7 Years of Relevant Corporate Experience
  • Knowledge of Legal Requirements Involved with Contracts
  • Familiarity with Accounting Procedures
  • Strong Organizational Skills with a Keen Eye for Detail
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
