Job Title: Student Services AdministratorDescription:

We are seeking a highly skilled Student Services Administrator to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to students, ensuring a seamless experience throughout their university journey.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-window clearance facility to students.
  • Efficiently solve students' requests and concerns.
  • Assist with university registration of students and ensure timely completion.
  • Issue degrees, transcripts, and certificates as needed, adhering to university guidelines.
  • Enhance the quality of life for students by providing efficient services, aligning with the university's mission.
  • Evaluate service levels and propose improvements to enhance student satisfaction.
  • Achieve set targets under university guidelines, driving success in student services.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the department, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
  • Report on all matters related to section functions to the PSS, fostering effective communication.
