Job Title: Assistant Manager Student Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team in the Student Services department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to students, ensuring their academic journey is seamless and stress-free.

  • Provide one window clearance facility to students, streamlining their administrative tasks and freeing up more time for academic pursuits.
  • Solve student requests promptly and efficiently, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Ensure timely university registration of students, guaranteeing they meet all necessary requirements and deadlines.
  • Issue degrees, transcripts, and certificates to students in a timely and professional manner.
  • Offer assistance and services to students, with the aim of saving them time and effort, while enhancing the quality of their lives according to the mission of the institution.
  • Assess the level of services provided and submit proposals for improvement, ensuring continuous growth and development.
  • Achieve set targets under the guidelines of the institution's rules, regulations, and policies, maintaining high standards of performance.
  • Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the department, establishing clear protocols and processes for efficient service delivery.
  • Report to the PSS on all matters relating to the function of the section, providing regular updates and feedback.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and external partners. They should have a strong understanding of the education sector and be familiar with relevant policies and procedures. In addition, they should be highly organized, proactive, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
